Die Photovoltaik Praktiker Ausbildung ist eine Initiative des Landes Niederösterreich, die im Jahr 2022 gestartet wurde. Beteiligt sind wichtige Stakeholder wie die Bildungsdirektion Niederösterreich, der HTC Hollabrunn, die Wirtschaftskammer und die Innung für Elektrotechnik sowie lokale Unternehmen und der Berufsbildungsanbieter WIFI NÖ. Angetrieben durch den hohen Bedarf an Fachkräften in der Photovoltaik nutzt das HTC Hollabrunn seine professionellen Lehrkräfte und seine spezialisierte Ausrüstung, um engere Beziehungen zur Industrie zu fördern.

What is the resource about? (in English)

Photovoltaic Academy (“Photovoltaik Praktiker Ausbildung”), is an initiative in the Region of Lower Austria that started in 2022. It involves key stakeholders such as the Education Directorate of Lower Austria, HTC Hollabrunn, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Guild for Electrical Engineering, along with local enterprises and VET provider WIFI NÖ. Driven by a high demand for skilled workers in photovoltaics, HTC Hollabrunn leverages its professional teachers and specialised equipment to foster closer industry ties.

Why is the resource useful for VET actors?

Das Projekt zeigt, wie die Berufsbildung durch die Förderung der Photovoltaik zu den regionalen Klimazielen beitragen kann. Zielgruppen sind Berufsschüler, Auszubildende und Facharbeiter. Die Finanzierung erfolgt über eine öffentlich-private Partnerschaft.
