Μέσω των βέλτιστων πρακτικών που παρουσιάζει, οι εκπαιδευτές μπορούν να εξοπλίσουν τους/ις σπουδαστές/ριες με τις απαραίτητες δεξιότητες και γνώσεις για να ηγηθούν βιώσιμων μετασχηματισμών στις επιχειρήσεις.
