Open Educational Resources (OER) encompass learning, teaching, and research materials in any format or medium that are either in the public domain or protected by copyright but made available under an open license. Such licenses allow free access and enable users to reuse, adapt, modify, and redistribute the materials without cost. (UNESCO Recommendation on Open Educational Resources, 2019, p. 5) This list presents platforms and services offering OER and other freely accessible resources relevant to Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). Users may browse the list, search by keyword, or apply the available filters before selecting “submit.” Contributions and recommendations for additional resources are welcome and encouraged.
