La pagina presenta le “UDA orientative interdisciplinari”, ovvero Unità di Apprendimento integrate e orientative progettate collettivamente dai Consigli di Classe e dai dipartimenti per promuovere metodologie didattiche attive come laboratorio, osservazione, lavoro di gruppo, scoperta e progettazione. Queste unità, rivolte a tutte le classi dell’istituto, hanno l’obiettivo di favorire l’orientamento scolastico e professionale con attività curricolari ed extracurriculari strutturate per sviluppare competenze disciplinari e trasversali. I contenuti delle singole UDA sono resi disponibili come schede scaricabili per ogni classe e indirizzo di studi.

What is the resource about? (in English)

The page presents “interdisciplinary orientation learning units” (UDA) — teaching modules designed collaboratively by class councils and subject departments to promote active learning methods such as lab work, observation, group work, discovery and project work. These units, aimed at all classes of the institute, are intended to support academic and career orientation through structured curricular and extracurricular activities that build both disciplinary and transversal competences. Contents of individual UDAs are available as downloadable resources for each class and study path

Questa risorsa è utile per gli attori VET perché offre un esempio concreto di Unità Didattiche di Apprendimento (UDA) che integrano contenuti disciplinari e orientamento professionale in percorsi di apprendimento attivo, collegando scuola e mondo del lavoro. Le UDA promuovono competenze trasversali come problem solving, lavoro di gruppo, gestione di progetti, conoscenza di sé e del territorio, tutte competenze chiave per percorsi di istruzione tecnica e professionale. Inoltre, il fatto che siano progettate con un approccio interdisciplinare e orientativo le rende uno strumento adattabile nei curricula VET per favorire l’acquisizione di competenze tecniche e trasversali orientate alle esigenze occupazionali future.

Why is the resource useful for VET actors? (in English)

This resource is valuable for VET actors because it illustrates a model of Interdisciplinary Learning Units (UDA) that combine subject-specific content with career orientation and active learning, bridging school curricula with workplace-relevant competences. The UDAs support the development of transversal skills — such as problem solving, teamwork, project management, self-awareness and understanding of the local context — which are essential for vocational and technical education. Because they are designed with an interdisciplinary and orientation-focus, these units can be adapted as tools in VET curricula to help learners build both technical expertise and soft skills relevant to future employment.
