Die Website informiert zum FREI DAY, einem vierstündigen Lernformat, in dem sich Kinder und Jugendliche mit ihren eigenen Zukunftsfragen auseinandersetzen und in Teams konkrete Projekte dazu entwickeln, die sie dann in der Schule, Gemeinde oder Stadt umsetzen. Das Lernformat befähigt Schüler*innen dazu, die Herausforderungen unserer Zeit selbst anzupacken und diesen mit Mut, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kreativität zu begegnen. So lernen schon Kinder und Jugendliche in der Schule, die Welt zu verändern.​

What is the resource about? (in English)

The website provides information about FREI DAY (=FREE DAY), a four-hour learning format in which children and young people engage with their own questions about the future and develop concrete projects in teams, which they then implement in their school, community, or city. The learning format empowers students to tackle the challenges of our time themselves and to meet them with courage, a sense of responsibility, and creativity. In this way, children and young people learn to change the world while still in school.
